I’m come back now, so i happy to continue sharing information about people living with disabilities in Cambodia (PWDs) to all of you to support disable persons to help them self.
I’m very happy that right now the government of Cambodia had publish the official disability law: please see the link http://www.dac.org.kh/resource-center/download/Cambodia_Disability_Law_English.pdf
What i had concern about who is going to monitoring and evaluation of implement the law and it impact positive outcome to disabled person in term of job opportunity, rights, standard of living, discrimination, …etc.
^.^ i hope every one support to help disabled to help them self.
Cambodia is the highest rate of disable persons in the world if compare to the population because of civil war and land mine.
