    Dear Mr Heng Phan,
I hope you’re well and you don’t mind me emailing you.

To introduce myself, my name is Helen Roberts and I am a journalist currently based in India and running the features desk for an international agency.

The reason I am contacting you is because I was wondering if you know of anyone who would like do a newspaper or magazine article about the disadvantaged and disabled children and adults in Cambodia.

I really think it is something that needs to be made aware of and I am keen to get as much UK press interested as possible.

If you are keen to understand more then please email me and we can discuss some further.
Thanks for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.
    Regards
    Helen
